Buttermilk Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs, one at a time
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 add and mix well all of the dry ingredients.
• 2 add oll of the other ingredients one at a time and mix well.
• 3 pour into a greased and floured tube pan
• 4 bake at 325* for 1 hours.
• 5 when cake is cool ice with your favorite glaze.
