Banana Nut Or Peach Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 2/3 cups sugar
• 1 can evaporated milk
• whole milk
• 4 -6 eggs (4 large or 6 small)
• 6 small ripe bananas or 3 cups fresh peaches

Recipe

• 1 mix together the sugar, evaporated milk, and about 1/2 cup whole milk.
• 2 separate yolks from whites of eggs.
• 3 beat yolks and mix with mashed bannas or: 3 cups fresh sliced peaches.
• 4 stir into the sugar mixture, mixing well.
• 5 beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture.
• 6 put into a 1 gallon freezer.
• 7 fill freezer to within 2 inches from the top with whole milk.
• 8 freeze according to freezer directions.
