Caramel Pear Dessert

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 medium pears, peeled and sliced
- caramel sauce
- whipped cream
- caramel sauce

Recipe
- 1 combine first 4 ingredients well and stir in melted butter. it will be crumbly. reserve one cup and press the rest into the bottom of a buttered pie pan or square baking dish.
- 2 arrange pears over crust and drizzle with caramel sauce. sprinkle the reserved crust mix over top.
- 3 bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and pears are tender.
- 4 garnish with whipped cream, freshly ground cinnamon and/or additional caramel sauce.
