Caramel Marshmallow Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 100 g pink marshmallows
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- 2 liters vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup caramel, flavoured topping
Recipe
- 1 combine marshmallows and cream in pot.
- 2 stir over low heat till marshmallows have melted.
- 3 cool.
- 4 slightly soften ice cream in large bowl.
- 5 swirl through marshmallow mix and topping to give a marbled effect.
- 6 return to ice cream container, cover and freeze till firm again.
