Caramel Marshmallow Ice Cream

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 100 g pink marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream
  • 2 liters vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup caramel, flavoured topping

Recipe

  • 1 combine marshmallows and cream in pot.
  • 2 stir over low heat till marshmallows have melted.
  • 3 cool.
  • 4 slightly soften ice cream in large bowl.
  • 5 swirl through marshmallow mix and topping to give a marbled effect.
  • 6 return to ice cream container, cover and freeze till firm again.
