Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups soymilk
- 3 tablespoons ener-g egg substitute
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a bowl pour into a cake pan or casserole dish.
- 2 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
