Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2/3 cup potato starch
- 1/3 cup tapioca starch
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 bake in a greased 13x9 pan for 30 minutes.
- 4 when cool, frost with caramel frosting.
