Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups agave syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup pureed prune
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2-2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup brazil nut
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dried currant
- 3 cups rolled oats
Recipe
- 1 blend together agave syrup, butter, prunes, eggs, vanilla, and molasses, until smooth.
- 2 add soda and salt mix well.
- 3 add flours and mix well.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 drop on cookie sheet heaping tablespoons.
- 6 bake at 350 for approx 15 minute.
