Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons amaretto
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except the amaretto.
- 2 bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- 3 reduce heat, boil gently, 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- 4 remove from the heat; stir in amaretto.
- 5 serve warm.
