Burnt Butter Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter 
- 1 cup light karo syrup 
- 1 cup sugar 
- 3 large eggs, beaten 
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 1 dash salt 
- 1 cup chopped pecans 
- 9 inches unbaked pie shells 
Recipe
- 1 brown butter in saucepan until it is a golden brown -- do not burn.let cool. 
- 2 in seperate bowl, add ingredients in order listed -- stir. 
- 3 blend in browned butter well. 
- 4 pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425* for 10 minutes.then lower heat to 325* for 40 minutes.
