- 250 g boiled rice
- 150 g sugar
- 25 ml rose water
- 1 liter milk
- 5 g fresh lime leaves
- 5 g orange leaves
- nuts, to garnish
- sultana, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 cook sugar, rose water, milk and leaves till it becomes thick.
- 2 strain.
- 3 add boiled rice.
- 4 cook till the mixture becomes thicker.
- 5 garnish with assorted nuts and sultanas before serving.
