Ingredients
- 16 amaretti cookies
- 6 ounces amaretto liqueur, 4 shots
- 8 scoops french vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Recipe
- 1 crumble 4 amaretti cookies into each of 4 desssert cups and douse them with the liqueur. top with ice cream, whipped cream and almonds. easy peasy lemon squeezy =).
