Blonde Brownies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350. spray pam an 8 by 2 inch pan. combine flour, baking soda and salt, set aside. in a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar; stir until dissolved. remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. stir in eggs and vanilla; mix well. add flour; mix until blended. fold in pecans. bake 30-35 minutes.
