Amarula Chocolate Dream

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 1/3 cup amarula cream liqueur
  • 50 g chocolate, grated
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 150 ml fresh cream
  • 1/3 cup amarula cream liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup toasted almond, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
  • 2 heat the cream and amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
  • 3 stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the chocolate, stir till melted.
  • 4 carefully pour the mixture into the glasses.
  • 5 place the glasses into the fridge to set.
  • 6 mix together the gelatin and castor sugar and place to one side.
  • 7 heat the cream and amarula gently, be careful to not boil, remove from the stove and stir in the gelatin mixture.
  • 8 stir till gelatin is dissolved and add the honey and nuts.
  • 9 carefully pour over the chocolate base, return to the fridge and set till needed.
  • 10 remove about 5 minutes before serving and garnish and serve.
