Blender Cheesecake

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 16 ounces small curd cottage cheese
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• ground cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 mix all ingredients in blender in order given, starting with cottage cheese and ending with flour.
• 3 mix well.
• 4 grease 10 inch deep dish pie plate, i use butter flavored cooking spray.
• 5 pour in cheese mixture.
• 6 sprinkle with cinnamon.
• 7 place pie plate on cooking sheet.
• 8 bake for 40 minutes.
• 9 cool and refrigerate.
