- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 lightly grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
- 3 beat the eggs and milk together.
- 4 add the rice, sugar, and salt and combine well.
- 5 pour into casserole dish and set in a pan of hot water in the oven.
- 6 bake for 1 hour.
