- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
- 1 large graham cracker pie crust
Recipe
- 1 in a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
- 2 beat in cream cheese until smooth.
- 3 fold in whipped topping.
- 4 pour into crust.
- 5 refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
