Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
• 1 (8 ounce) carton whipped topping, thawed
• 1 large graham cracker pie crust

Recipe

• 1 in a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
• 2 beat in cream cheese until smooth.
• 3 fold in whipped topping.
• 4 pour into crust.
• 5 refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
