Barley And Fruit Pudding (ww Core)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup cooked barley (not hot)
  • 1/2-1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 -4 teaspoons splenda sugar blend for baking or 2 -4 teaspoons equal sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cinnamon (optional to taste)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry, halved or quartered
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla. stir in the barley. add additional yogurt if you want a creamier consistency. adjust sweetner to taste as well.
  • 2 mix in the berries (or whatever you have on hand).
  • 3 divide into dessert bowls and serve.
