Barley And Fruit Pudding (ww Core)

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 cup cooked barley (not hot)
- 1/2-1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 -4 teaspoons splenda sugar blend for baking or 2 -4 teaspoons equal sugar substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon (optional to taste)
- 1/2 cup strawberry, halved or quartered
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, sweetener and vanilla. stir in the barley. add additional yogurt if you want a creamier consistency. adjust sweetner to taste as well.
- 2 mix in the berries (or whatever you have on hand).
- 3 divide into dessert bowls and serve.
