Avocado Gelatin

Ingredients

• 1 cup avocado, pulp
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup cream
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 ounces lime jell-o gelatin
• 2 envelopes knox gelatin
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 cups hot water

Recipe

• 1 dissolve gelatin in water.
• 2 pour hot water over jello, mix well.
• 3 add gelatin.
• 4 put all ingredients in blender.
• 5 mix well and chill.
