- 1 (1 lb) can diet pack apricot halves, drained
- 2 pints vanilla ice milk, softened
Recipe
- 1 mash apricots with a fork.
- 2 turn ice milk in a large bowl, add appricots, with fork, quickly swirl though the ice milk. return to ice-milk containers.
- 3 freeze until firm.
