Caramel Custard

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 liter milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
- 250 ml cream
Recipe
- 1 melt sugar in a sauce pan on low flame until completely dissolved, keep stirring.
- 2 remove pan from stove and add half of the milk.
- 3 bring caramel and milk mixture to boil.
- 4 dissolve custard powder in remaining milk and add to boiling mixture.
- 5 cook for 5 minutes on low flame or until custard become thick (also see custard's packet for instructions).
- 6 keep custard mixture aside to cool down.
- 7 mix cream well and serve when chilled.
