Bread Dessert With Rum

Ingredients

  • 12 dried bread
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup rum
  • 1/3 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250 g cream, shanti
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 boil the water and sugar and lemon juice until sugar melts and it reaches the right consistency.
