Butterscotch- Chip-coconut Bars

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*f.
- 2 cream the butter and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- 3 add the flour; mix well.
- 4 pat the mixture onto the bottom of an ungreased 9" square baking pan; bake 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- 5 combine the condensed milk, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and vanilla; spread over the baked crust.
- 6 bake another 25-30 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
- 7 (the center will not appear set.) cool completely in pan on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
