Ingredients
- 10 strawberries, hulled
- 25 raspberries
- 25 blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups yogurt
Recipe
- 1 mix the berries and yoghurt with a blender until smooth.
- 2 drink immediately.
- 3 serving suggestion: freeze once made, and leave overnight. in the morning, place in a food processor until smooth. add sugar or lemonade if desired. this makes a sorbet-like dessert.
