Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package cake mix
• 2 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup raisins

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• 2 mix the cake mix, oats, and sugar together in a large bowl.
• 3 mix the vegetable oil, water, eggs, and vanilla together in a small bowl until well combined.
• 4 mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
• 5 add the raisins and stir well.
• 6 scoop with a small ice cream scoop onto an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
• 7 bake for aprroximately 12-17 minutes until just golden brown on edges.
• 8 remove cookie sheets from oven and let cookies rest on the sheet for about 2-3 minutes.
• 9 then transfer them onto a cooling rack until completely cooled.
