Cake That Doesn't Last

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil or 1 1/2 cups applesauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups mashed bananas

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f. mix dry ingredients in large bowl. make well in center and fill with eggs, oil, pineapple, nuts, vanilla and bananas. stir lightly; do not beat. pour into greased and floured tube pan or loaf pan.
  • 2 bake for 75 minutes.
