Caramel Peach Pudding

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt -- stir in milk and vanilla, mixing well -- fold in peaches, mixing well.
