Caramel Peach Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups diced fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt -- stir in milk and vanilla, mixing well -- fold in peaches, mixing well.
- 2 spread in greased 8" square pan.
- 3 prepare caramel topping and pour over batter.
