Black Raspberry Cream Pie

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • 9 inches graham cracker crust
  • 1 egg , beaten
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar black raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup fresh black raspberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 brush pie shells with egg whites and bake for 5 minutes.
  • 3 in a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • 4 in another bowl, beat cream cheese.
  • 5 add preserves and beat on low.
  • 6 fold in whipping cream and add to pie shell.
  • 7 chill for 4-24 hours.
  • 8 garnish with fresh berries.
