Black Raspberry Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 9 inches graham cracker crust
- 1 egg , beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 ounce) jar black raspberry preserves
- 1/4 cup fresh black raspberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 brush pie shells with egg whites and bake for 5 minutes.
- 3 in a mixing bowl beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- 4 in another bowl, beat cream cheese.
- 5 add preserves and beat on low.
- 6 fold in whipping cream and add to pie shell.
- 7 chill for 4-24 hours.
- 8 garnish with fresh berries.
