Cake Topped Blueberry Dessert

Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup self-rising flour (see note)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 place the blueberries in a greased 8" square baking dish. in a bowl, combine flour, sugar, milk and butter till smooth. pour over the blueberries. bake at 375*f. for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. cool on wire rack. enjoy!
- 2 note:.
- 3 if you don't have self rising flour, here is a substitute for 1 cup.
- 4 place 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a measuring cup. add all purpose flour to measure 1 cup.
