Bite-size Chocolate Almond Brownies

Ingredients

- 1 3/4 cups almond paste
- 5 eggs
- 9 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 use a stand mixer with paddle to mix the almond paste.
- 2 gradually add eggs, one at a time.
- 3 add the cocoa and warmed melted butter and add it to the mixture until completely incorporated.
- 4 butter and flour with cocoa powder mini muffin tins or paper inserts, if you prefer.
- 5 fill each cavity 1/8" from the top.
- 6 bake for 8 minutes only.
- 7 do not overbake!
- 8 the brownies will be too dry.
