Caramel Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 5 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dark corn syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 in a large mixing bowl, cream the butter (on medium speed) until smooth.
  • 2 add in the sugars; beat on low for 2 minutes.
