Butter Me Up Tarts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 24 prepared frozen tart shells, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together eagle brand, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, egg, cinnamon and raisins. pour evenly into tart shells.
  • 2 bake in preheated 375f oven 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. serve warm or at room temperature.
  • 3 tip: for plump and textured raisins bring a little water to a boil. turn off heat. stir in raisins. let stand 3-4 minutes. drain and pat dry.
