Ingredients

- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 24 prepared frozen tart shells, thawed
Recipe
- 1 whisk together eagle brand, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, egg, cinnamon and raisins. pour evenly into tart shells.
- 2 bake in preheated 375f oven 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden. serve warm or at room temperature.
- 3 tip: for plump and textured raisins bring a little water to a boil. turn off heat. stir in raisins. let stand 3-4 minutes. drain and pat dry.
