Canadian Pudding

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients above together and pour into a greased baking dish or pan.
- 2 pour boiling water, butter, brown sugar and vanilla over first seven ingredients.
- 3 bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
- 4 cut into squares and turn upside down.
- 5 sauce will be on the bottom.
- 6 serve hot and plain, or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
