Canadian Pudding

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients above together and pour into a greased baking dish or pan.
  • 2 pour boiling water, butter, brown sugar and vanilla over first seven ingredients.
  • 3 bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • 4 cut into squares and turn upside down.
  • 5 sauce will be on the bottom.
  • 6 serve hot and plain, or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
