Baked Yogourt

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • 2 combine ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
  • 3 pour into a shallow ovenproof glass baking dish.
  • 4 reduce oven temp to 160 c and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
  • 5 remove from oven and cool.
  • 6 cover and refrigerate until cold.
  • 7 serve with fruit or granola. great from breakfast or as a dessert.
