Ingredients

- 2 large eggs
- 2 ounces sugar
- 3/4 pint 2% low-fat milk (warm)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (grated, or to taste)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and sugar together.
- 2 stir in the warm milk and pour into a pie dish.
- 3 grate a little nutmeg on top of custard.
- 4 bake for 1 hour on low heat (250 degrees f.).
