Caramel Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 200 ml double cream
  • 1/2 lemon, zest of

Recipe

  • 1 place sugar in a small heavy pan and add 3 tbsp water. heat gently until the sugar dissolves.
  • 2 bring to boil and cook until the sugar becomes a deep golden colour.
  • 3 remove from heat and carefully add the cream and lemon zest.
  • 4 stir over a gentle heat until smooth and leave to cool.
