Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a heavy skillet over a low heat. add the pecans and salt and sauté, stirring constantly, until pecans start to turn brown.
