Butterscotch Goodies

Ingredients

• 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch morsels
• 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
• 1 (12 ounce) can condensed milk
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 in a sauce pan, melt butter and morsels. add cracker crumbs to mixture.
• 2 press 2/3 of crumb mixture into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
• 3 beat cream cheese until fluffy. add condensed milk, egg, and vanilla. mix until smooth. pour over crumb mixture in pan. sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.
• 4 bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
