Anna's Birthday Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300. with non-stick cooking spray, spray and flour a bundt pan.
  • 2 in a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and agave nectar.
  • 3 add yogurt and eggs, one at a time. stir in vanilla.
  • 4 in a separate bowl, sift together remaining dry ingredients. gradually add to creamed mixture until thoroughly combined.
  • 5 pour into prepared pan. bake 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean. cool completely, before removing from pan.
