Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar, flour, and cornmeal.
- 2 add melted butter and eggs.
- 3 stir in can of pineapple.
- 4 pour into unbaked pie shell.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- 6 you might need to cover the outside of the crust with foil to prevent it from overbrowning.
