Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter (softened)
- 3 1/2 ounces butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 ceam butter and pudding mix. gradually beat in flour. fold in pecans. roll into 1 1/2" balls.
- 2 place 2" apart on greased baking sheets; flatten to 1/2" with greased glass.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 10-13 minutes or until light golden brown.
- 4 remove to wire racks.
