Butter Mochi

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) box mochiko sweet rice flour
  • 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons real vanilla
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered non stick baking pan.
  • 3 bake for 30-40 minutes.
  • 4 let cool; cut into cubes and serve.
