- 1 (16 ounce) box mochiko sweet rice flour
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons real vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered non stick baking pan.
- 3 bake for 30-40 minutes.
- 4 let cool; cut into cubes and serve.
