Belgium Biscuits

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup

Recipe

  • 1 cream the butter and sugar, add the egg and syrup, then the dry ingredients.
  • 2 roll and cut in the usual way.
  • 3 bake on a greased tray for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven[350 f/180 c].
