Basic Crepes Ii

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 whirl one minute; scrape down and blend 15 seconds more.
- 3 refrigerate at least one hour before making crepes.
- 4 heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
- 5 spoon in 2 tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
- 6 return to heat; brown on one side only.
- 7 to remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
- 8 repeat with remaining batter.
