Basic Crepes Ii

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 whirl one minute; scrape down and blend 15 seconds more.
  • 3 refrigerate at least one hour before making crepes.
  • 4 heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet; remove from heat.
  • 5 spoon in 2 tbsp batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread evenly.
  • 6 return to heat; brown on one side only.
  • 7 to remove, invert pan over paper toweling.
  • 8 repeat with remaining batter.
