Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 3/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Recipe
- 1 simmer apricots, juice, and honey for 10 minutes.
- 2 add milk powder and nuts to mixture. stir and cool.
- 3 roll into balls and coat with coconut. store in fridge.
