Caramel Pudding

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 gallon milk
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine brown sugar and butter; set aside.
  • 2 heat milk, then add eggs, flour, cornstarch and salt.
  • 3 boil slowly until thick.
