Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 ounces pineapple, crushed
  • 4 bananas
  • 12 ounces cool whip
  • 10 ounces maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

  • 1 to make the crust: melt 1 stick of butter, and add the sugar and graham crackers to make crust. pat into 9x13 pan.
  • 2 beat the following items for 10 minutes, powdered sugar, butter, and eggs. pour onto crust.
  • 3 drain can of crushed pineapple and layer on top of filling.
  • 4 slice 4 bananas on top of pineapple. spread cool whip over bananas.
  • 5 decorate top with cherries and choppled nuts.
  • 6 refrigerate overnight. (keep refrigerated if there are leftovers.).
