Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 20 ounces pineapple, crushed
- 4 bananas
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 to make the crust: melt 1 stick of butter, and add the sugar and graham crackers to make crust. pat into 9x13 pan.
- 2 beat the following items for 10 minutes, powdered sugar, butter, and eggs. pour onto crust.
- 3 drain can of crushed pineapple and layer on top of filling.
- 4 slice 4 bananas on top of pineapple. spread cool whip over bananas.
- 5 decorate top with cherries and choppled nuts.
- 6 refrigerate overnight. (keep refrigerated if there are leftovers.).
