Ingredients
- 1/2 cup egg
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups coconut
Recipe
- 1 whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
- 2 add the sugar, salt and vanilla with beater/mixer running at medium speed.
- 3 stop mixer and fold coconut into whites by hand.
- 4 drop by the teaspoon-full onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 5 bake at 325 f for 12-15 minutes.
