Berry Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can fruit pie filling, i prefer the mixed berry type

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 combine crums and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  • 3 bake for 10 minutes - cool completely.
  • 4 beat cream cheese until fluffy - gradually add condensed milk.
  • 5 beat in eggs/.
  • 6 pour mixture into prepared pan.
  • 7 drop spoonfuls of pie filling - marble through with a knife being careful not to touch the bottom ( i use about a half a can and save the rest for garnish when serving ).
  • 8 bake for 325f for 45 minutes until side appear set but middle is still slightly wobbly.
  • 9 cool at room temperature.
  • 10 refridgerate overnight or for several hours.
