Berry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 can fruit pie filling, i prefer the mixed berry type
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 combine crums and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- 3 bake for 10 minutes - cool completely.
- 4 beat cream cheese until fluffy - gradually add condensed milk.
- 5 beat in eggs/.
- 6 pour mixture into prepared pan.
- 7 drop spoonfuls of pie filling - marble through with a knife being careful not to touch the bottom ( i use about a half a can and save the rest for garnish when serving ).
- 8 bake for 325f for 45 minutes until side appear set but middle is still slightly wobbly.
- 9 cool at room temperature.
- 10 refridgerate overnight or for several hours.
