Canadian Maple Syrup Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 lbs brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 unbaked pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 beat together the syrup, sugar, cream, butter, and eggs.
  • 2 pour into pie shells.
  • 3 bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.
  • 4 serve with additional warmed cream or ice cream.
