Best Of Both Worlds S'mores Bars

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 17 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 combine oats, 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
  • 3 add in 1/2 cup melted butter. stir until crumbly.
  • 4 press crumb mixture into a 8x11 baking pan. (a 9x9 baking dish should work just as well.).
  • 5 bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
  • 6 remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over the hot crust.
  • 7 combine 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 tbsp melted butter.
  • 8 sprinkle crumbs over the top of the marshmallows.
  • 9 return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and starting to turn golden brown.
  • 10 remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
