Best Of Both Worlds S'mores Bars

Ingredients

- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 combine oats, 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
- 3 add in 1/2 cup melted butter. stir until crumbly.
- 4 press crumb mixture into a 8x11 baking pan. (a 9x9 baking dish should work just as well.).
- 5 bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
- 6 remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over the hot crust.
- 7 combine 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and 2 tbsp melted butter.
- 8 sprinkle crumbs over the top of the marshmallows.
- 9 return to oven for 5-7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and starting to turn golden brown.
- 10 remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.
